Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- International: 14-21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Important Note Novi partners with trusted suppliers to fulfill your orders. In some cases, items may ship directly from our fulfillment partners. You may receive items in separate packages if you ordered multiple products.
